Jenny Aphay of Fresno. A judge issued a probation violation warrant related to a charge of child abuse.
Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home in Fresno for a report of an unstable person named Jenny Aphay. She initially refused to follow deputies commands to be detained, but was ultimately taken into custody. The investigation revealed she had punished her child by striking them with an object. Deputies arrested her on charges of child abuse and resisting arrest.
Aphay was booked into the Fresno County Jail. She spent five days in custody and was then let out on a probation pre-trial supervision agreement. She has since failed to show up to her court hearing.
Jenny Aphay is Asian, 31 years old, 5’1”, 140 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.
