The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:
Cynthia Calderon of Selma. A bench warrant has been issued related to failing to appear in court on charges of child abuse.
Deputies responded to a home near East Saginaw and South Bethel Avenues in Selma for a report of a disturbance. The suspect, Cynthia Calderon, had been drinking heavily and got into a physical fight with two children at the house. Deputies arrested Calderon on child abuse charges and booked her into the Fresno County Jail. She would then post bond later that day was released from jail. Calderon has since failed to report to court.
Cynthia Calderon is 38 years old, 5’5”, 125 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. She has a tattoo of a flower on her right shoulder.
