The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:
Laquina Canfield of Fresno. A bench warrant has been issued for failing to report to court on charges of robbery, theft, battery and resisting arrest.
Deputies responded to a report of a robbery in downtown Fresno. They contacted a victim with a broken finger who said a woman had injured her while also stealing her items. Deputies located the suspect nearby, who was identified as Laquina Canfield. As they approach her, she ran away. Deputies caught up and tried to detain her. Canfield resisted, but deputies eventually gained control and arrested her. Canfield was booked into the Fresno County Jail.
Canfield spent one week in custody and was released as part of a probation pre-trial supervision agreement. She has since failed to report to her court hearing.
Laquina Canfield is black, 44 years old, 5’6”, 140 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
